About Us

‘Home i Care’ is a local independent opticians with over 15 years of experience in optics and eye tests. We respect our patients and deliver excellent patient care, always looking to exceed expectations. We understand every patient is an individual and allow time to adapt our test to the needs of the patient, however small or big. We provide NHS and Private Home Visit eye tests for any age, any individual, any care homes.

 

Our tests will include examining the health of the eyes and will put drops in eyes if necessary to examine them to detect any eye diseases. The modern portable equipment allows us to test eyes thoroughly to detect any underlying health conditions.

 

We also provide a range of spectacles at the visit to suit your needs. You can order single vision lenses, bifocals or varifocals to meet your requirements. We aim to deliver glasses within three weeks, adjust them, make sure they are comfortable to ensure our patient satisfaction.

 

We are always at hand and the aftercare service will be available for all our patients. This service includes and not limited to answering any queries (by phone or email), adjusting glasses and any other follow up eye health services required.

 

We are registered and regulated by the NHS and the General Optical Council.

We follow the College of Optometrists’ and NHS England guidelines at all times.
